TriNav Marine Brokerage, on behalf of Deloitte Restructuring Inc., in its capacity as Court Appointed Receiver and Manager of Rockville Carriers Limited, is soliciting interest from parties interested in purchasing the assets described below. The modern, 200,000-pound lobster holding facility is strategically located adjacent to the lucrative Lobster Fishing Areas (LFAs) 33, 34 and 35. It has wharf-side access for direct offloading from commercial fishermen. Assets also include a wharf buying station in a nearby community.
