• State-of-the-art cold storage and fish processing businesses consisting of two distinct operations that are currently involved in the freezing, storing, processing and sale of bait for the commercial fishing industry.

The 8,100-sq.ft. cold storage area has a ceiling height of 16 feet with an attached loading dock and sloped loading ramp providing for forklift access. This facility could be retrofitted to meet numerous business operations and is currently permitted for seafood processing, freezing and weighing. The operation sits on 1.04-acre leased industrial site. This operation has 400-amp, 600-volt service and has a full pump house with concrete foundation that supplies salt water to the plant portion of the building.
• The second 6,400-sq.ft. facility is used for cold storage and utilizes two freezer units – one measuring 40’ x 60’ and the other 40 ’x 80’. This facility, which has 400-amp service, also has 16-foot ceilings and a concrete loading ramp for access. The operation sits on 1.5-acre leased industrial site.
• The business comes with updated Nova Scotia buyers and processing licences.
• The business owners are willing to sell the commercial assets together as a package or separately.
